Question: bylaw change?

we have 2 co presidents and not one this term, does our bylaws need to be changed to reflect their job description and signature for checks?

If having copresidents is not going to be a permanent change, there's no need to change the bylaws. But, your group should have a policy in place about how decisions will be made if the copresidents don't agree on what to do.
