Question: Volunteers for Bingo

Having a hard time getting parents to work their required (4 shifts per child) Bingo shifts, any ideas?

This is a tough one as you need the volunteers to make the event successful but yet you don't want to make the parents feel guilty about what they can't do. You always want to be appreciative of what they CAN do. Maybe an incentive? Could you offer the volunteer a 1/2 price or free game for the next Bingo event? That way you may bring more players in as well as the volunteers.
