Question: 2 consecutive years

I am just trying to explain to our members why it is a good idea to only allow the executive board to serve two consecutive terms. Can you help me out?

Well, IMO, there are both pros and cons to this. Having an experienced board is a huge plus. That said, it's not good if the school is "stuck" with ineffective, combative, or even immoral board members. Yes, your current board may be great, but you have the future in mind. And you are trying to protect the organization. Does that help?
