Question: late for a meeting

if your vice president or any other board members are late for every meeting can you still start with out them? i know the President starts them and she is always on time, can she go ahead an start the meetings and when they show up later someone can feel her in.

Yes, you should start the meeting on time. Waiting, especially for someone who is constantly late, isn't fair to the people who showed up on time. The only time this might change is if you need one more person for a quorum. Even in that case I would go ahead with business and simply wait to vote on things until the extra person showed up.
