We have finished a fiscal year of being incoporated, (incorporated in Dec, fiscal yr ended July31) but are still waiting on our letter of determination for our 501(c)3, what do we do for tax purposes? Do we have to file the form 990 or is there something else we should do??? Thanks for the help

You still have some time. Your form 990 isn't due until the 15th day of the fifth month after the end of your fiscal year. Thus if it ended July 31, your form is due Dec. 15. If you have already filed your form 1023, you should get your determination before then.
