Question: why won't school percentage tallies add up?

I'm getting stuck on application process for Toolbox for Education on school percentages. Why won't that adjust- I can't make it to next levels of even saying what the project is

Be sure that you are inputting percentage numbers. You should be putting the percentage of students that are in each category, not the actual number of students. And be sure to use whole numbers, not decimals or fractions. And don't use the percentage sign. Hope that helps.
