I need to find out how to start the process to change from pta to pto Please help

I am part of a PTA and I would think there is something in your by laws about disbanding a PTA. You pay county/state/national dues so I'd think some kind of paperwork may be involved. Not sure though. Contact or look up the website of the state PTA you are in.
