Is there wording for proper conduct or misconduct that could lead to someone being removed from the PTO not a board member?

Here's a link to one PTA's extensive morals clause (it's a pdf, scroll to page 12). Keep in mind that in addition to describing what constitutes unacceptable behavior, you also need to spell out a procedure to determine whether that behavior has occurred.
