Question: Delivery of fundraising product resold or thrown out

I was not notified of our fundraiser product's arrival. We have an automated system and my answering machine and internet was malfunctioning. I was not contacted at an alternative number and my daughter was not notified. Who owes the money to the purchaser's. The PTO? How do I enforce this?

I need a little more detail about the circumstances. How much product are we talking about--was this your entire order for a fundraiser or only items for a few families? Was it delivered to the school? Did somebody sign for it? And what do you mean by "resold or thrown out"? Was some of the product actually sold to people who didn't order it?
