Question: Operating with no bylaws??

I was president of our parent group for two years and our officers used the by laws that were established years ago. We made some amendments but otherwise kept them pretty much the same. The new officers have refused to recognize that our group even has by laws and are operating without following any rules. This includes treasurers reports and minutes. I have spoken with the principle who is also new this year and she is backing them completely. What options do the other members of the group have to get them to follow the rules...grrrr
