Question: Late for meetings

If a Board Member is late for a meeting, should that be noted in the minutes - i.e., the person's name and his arrival time?

I do not think it should be noted. It has nothing to do with the actual buisness of the program which is what the minutes contain. We are all busy and juggling 100 things at once, I would be grateful that people are volunteering their time in the first place.
