Question: Lunch Programs

We run our school lunch and everything is done by hand. I amlooking for free software that will allow parents to order online and manage these orders fast and efficient. Any ideas?

I don't know of any free software that could do that. I would suggested a google doc excel sheet... but there would be challenges with that as well!

we have had alot of success with myfooddays.com they charge 3%. they process payments thru paypal, you can order etc. they even offer a free app.

We use myfooddays.com as well, they offer the service for free and only charge for taking credit cards about the same as doing it yourself with PayPal. We've found them to be really helpful and responsive, they have even added features to the site to make it ours. We use their free parent directory at the school as well.
