Question: PTO Officer Elections

Our PTO VP is going to resign, if there is no one that fills out a nomination application for the VP position, who fills that position? Do we need to fill that position at election time in May?

If no one steps up, you can go forward with a board that in your case sounds like it would have a president, treasurer and secretary. You might want to get the word out and see if you can drum up interest. If this is a recent event (the VP's plan to resign) you could be pleasantly surprised -- when folks find out, some may way to step up. Good luck!
