Question: what needs approved

We have some guidelines for each officer and committees chairs that list some of their responsibilities. This is more details than the bylaws. They are basically used as a guide for those in that position. If we make minor changes does that need to be approved? What if we change the meeting times? Nothing in our bylaws states the meetings have to be on a certain day or time. Thanks!

We got all changes to our chairperson guidelines approved by membership whenever they were updated, although that isn't very frequently. It also makes sure people know that there are changes to the document.
