Hi! Our school chose the 'Penguin Patch' and can be found at: http://www.penguinpatch.com/

It is very easy, simple and everything is priced less than $12. Hope this helps!

I've never run one, but researched a few when we were looking into it a couple of years ago. The best one for someone else might not be the best one for you; it depends on what you are looking for. Here are some factors you might want to consider: 1) what price level of items do you want to have available? 2) If you are out of stock, how do you reorder and how quickly can you get replacements? 3) How much do you need/want to have a register system, either via an iPad or something else? 4) Are you responsible for taking a detailed inventory at the beginning and end of the sale? I'm sure there are some other different factors, as well, but those are the ones I remember off the top of my head.
