Question: Teachers upset with school administration

The teachers at our school are terribly upset with current school administration. We have lost several wonderful teachers with at least 3 more looking to leave at the end of this year. I'm trying to see how our Parent group can help - and what our role in this should be. The teachers are scared to speak up as the principal is pretty much a dictator. We want to help make the school a better place for them to work and bring their concerns forward for them. Any advice/guidance for our group and how we can help?

HI there stones2300,
Have to say on this one, hard as this may sound, your group should try to remain neutral. This doesn't mean that you don't love the teachers and support their hard work, but this issue is between the teachers and the principal/school administration.
