Question: Election

We have one nominee running unopposed for two executive board positions. She can only accept one position, whichever position she prefers. How do we fill the other position? We don't have any write in candidates accepting the vacant position. Do we hold a special election?

Maybe try reaching out individually to people who you think might be able to fill the position. Once you have someone who is interested, you can hold a special election. It's unlikely that anyone will complain if you recruit someone and then just confirm that person with a vote at a regular meeting, even if you don't give proper notice, etc. If more than one person becomes interested, then you should follow whatever rules your bylaws lay out for an election.
