What is the proper way to approve officer nominations? Should there be a motion, second, all approved, all opposed? There was some confusion at meeting. No problem, just need to make sure it is done correctly in the future.

We have always done just as you stated: President presented the slate, someone makes motion to accept, someone seconds, and yays and nays are taken.
