Cash/Credit Card Policy

Does anyone have a Cash/Credit Card policy that they would't mind sharing. I am an incoming C0-President of our PTO and we are looking at implementing such a policy. We have already come up with a few suggestions, such as two authorized board members signing every outgoing check. Would appreciate any help anyone can give. Thanks.
