When bylaws are revised (changes made) who do you send them to? Anyone at state level? Board of Ed? Who should sign them. I guess what I am asking is once changes have been voted on and if approved, what is the next step?

Ours need to go to the state (as part of our annual filing with the Attorney General's office) and to the IRS (because we're 501c3). I don't think the Board of Ed needs them. Enter code here Please note: although no board code and smiley buttons are shown, they are still usable.
