E Board minutes

Does anyone know if we have to keep E Board Minutes and if we have to share them with anyone.

Also, I understand that we only have to give the minutes of our regular monthly parent meetings to who ever requests them, not the E Board minutes.

Thanks

Hi Help with E Board-

What do your bylaws say?

Here is an article that you may find helpful in figuring out your approach:

Transparency in all PTO matters is the key to building trust and rapport with your parent group. With the exception of sensitive, personnel discussions (say, regarding an employee whose salary is paid by the PTO) that may take place in a closed, executive session, boards should strive for openess in all their dealings.
