While this board is great for finding out what other organizations do in certain instances, I find that when I have questions needing an answer by a Parliamentary Authority, it is helpful to go to the Robert's Rules Q&A Boards. You can ask your questions, and then get an answer back. Many of the answers come from Parliamentarians, others from people with lots of experience working within Robert's Rules.
It is helpful if you can give the phrases from your bylaws that pertain to your question.
Many times too, I find that by reading some of the other posts, I find the answers are already there.
