I am preparing for our first PTO meeting of the school year and am wondering what agenda format you all use? I don't think that our agenda has been as inclusive in the past as it could be.

Thanks!

In Webster's New World Robert's Rules of Order they list an accepted order of business (agenda).
1. The minutes of the previous meeting are read and approved.
2. The reports of officers, boards and standing committeess (Usually listed in your bylaws) See who has a report before your meeting. They may not always have a report.
3. The reports of special committees if there are any.
4. Hear any motions that had been postponed to this meeting.
5 Unfifnished business. Business that had been postponed to this meeting.
6. New business
7. When all is taken care of it is time to adjourn.
I know this is vague but a start.
