Help!!! We're being held in thrall by the NJ state government because we didn't file an IRS990 form and we need help!!!

Any NJ PTO's that have been thru this horror, please tell me how you handled it. Right now the state says wee can't fund raise and we have 4 comng in the next month...ARRGH!!!!!!!!!

Any suggestions are graetly appreciated.
