I have created letterhead and business card templates for my PTA. I use the letterhead for for communications within and outside of the PTA from introductory letters to teachers, board members and parents as well as for thank you letters to businesses that have donated to our school. I feel that it shows the commitment to professionalism that I want to promote. The business cards can be used at training events or can be provided to Board members.

I really enjoy PTOtoday and have found it to be a very valuable resource for me during my 2 year tenure as President of our elementary school's PTA. I am now ready to tackle the role of President at our Primary School. With 4 children ranging in age from 5 to 12 my association with PTA will continue for quite awhile. I am thankful to PTOtoday for the wonderful resources provided which help to make my job a bit easier.
