Wanted to let everyone know that our new website is now live. But if you're reading this you've probably already noticed the new look

You might also have noticed that it's more than a new design. There are hundreds of pages on our website so we’ve tried to organize everything into sections that make it easier to find your way around the site. If you scroll to the bottom you’ll see all the main sections listed - so from any page it’s one click to help on any topic.

One of the subtle new features is the ability to comment on and rate every article.

1. Commenting. You can obviously comment on anything, but especially cool if you have a tip or additional thought that adds to an article -- the comments are a great place for that.

2. Ratings. I hope you'll always take the 2 seconds to rate (and be a tough grader), because the system is set up to -- over time -- keep the highest rated stuff most prominent. Reserving your 5-star grades for the best-of-the best will ensure that the best stuff rises and stays high.

I like the new look - I think it's the best yet. It will be fun exploring the new features.

I have a question on search - is there any way you can reduce the required length of search term from 4 to 3? "501" and "IRS" are common search terms but are now too short.

Also - when I try "501(c)(3)" - it gets no hits. Is there something odd about the parenthesis?

I agree. That's on the list of "still-to-be-tweaked".
