Just read this in yesterday's USA Today and found it very interesting... School shoppers find ways to shave costs - USATODAY.com .

I think that the economy being the way it is will affect fundraising efforts to a great degree this upcoming school year. Our group is already revising our budget in anticipation of reduced income and is gearing up to help our students in need with supplies.
