I need your help........

We have had a great year at our school in regards to businesses stepping up and helping our school when we needed it. I would like to put together a survey or questionaire to give the business partners to get an idea of what they think about how the year went and what they would like to see different........ Does anyone have anything similiar that I can take a look at or let me know where I can find such thing?

I just looked in our file exchange http://www.ptotoday.com/filesharing], where there are lots of surveys, but didn't see any surveys to businesses. I think it's a fabulous idea to get their feedback. If you create something yourself I' m sure others would love to see it.

Also, just fyi - there is a free resource on the web for creating online surveys and forms at: wufoo.com -- haven't used it but it looks interesting.

I would suggest re-posting this question in a new topic on "Day-to-day PTO Management" Day to Day PTO Management - PTO Today's Message Boards

That way, you can put the your specific question in the new topic header... something like, "Writing Survey to business partners - need help with questions."

I bet you'll get lots of great ideas....
