parent participation rewards

I am interested in any schools that have set up a reward system for parent participation (free night of babysitting such as in article in May issue about JV Forrestal Elem.) What were some of the kinks that needed working out, what guidelines were used, etc.?

Storme, I haven't used any of the ideas you described, so I can't help directly. But try checking out the general heading "Day-to-Day Mgt", in this forum. There is a current thread dealing with volunteer incentives that would probably interest you.
