Does anyone know where we can get copies of our tax exempt form? All of us officers are fairly new with the PTA and we've looked through everything we have but can't find a tax exempt form for our PTA - we have our number though.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

I could be really wrong on this but I don't ever remember seeing our tax exempt forms when we were a PTA. I do believe you just get the # to use and that either your County or State PTA has the actual forms. I would check with them; at least it is a starting point. If not try the IRS as they are the ones who issue the #s. Good Luck

Thanks Bella, after calling many different phone numbers and checking web sites we found the form we need (tax exempt certificate) from the IRS.
