I have been given the job of looking into a PTA vs a PTO and want to find a comprehensive listing of pros & cons to present to the PTA. I also need to get information on how to go about making the change (step by step) to a PTO if that is the vote. HELP! I know nothing about this. This is the first place I have looked. From what I can tell this involves money moving, bylaw changes,non profit status, etc. THANKS

Awhile back I saw someting that talked about "the myths of PTO's. I can't seem to find it now. Does anyone know whee I can find it? Thanks in advance.
