How long have they been in business?
What schools/groups nearby have they worked with?
How much profit do groups make?
Are there local reps?
Do they do school kick-offs?
Does the merchandise come bagged and tagged?
What is the time frame for delivery?
Does the group have to calculate, and imput totals?(Who processes the orders?)
What incentives do they have?
Is there on-line ordering?
Is there a cost for the brochures/catalogs??
How are issues handled?
Are materials available in Spanish?
Are there any customized parent letters?

Are the program's product/s of high quality that the organization will be proud to stand behind?
What services are available to save you and your volunteers time and energy?
How will the program work?
Are products paid for in advance or upon delivery?
Does the company understand and comply with your state sales tax laws?
If there is a prize program, who pays for it?
What is the policy regarding damaged or unsold product?
What about back orders?
Will there be a written agreement?
