It was our second year through the school to order from them .First year it was great, but this year not so good.I think personally they shouldn't have frozen food stuff...We were waiting our order almost 2 month ,when finally we got it,one frozen item from my kid's order list was missing and the school didn't tell us ,but I find it out home, when I was getting ordered stuff labeled, who ordered what(it's not easy, because first order paper there is no order name but code only!!!!),so I had to go back school through heavy smoke(here is big fires:0),they don't keep frozen stuff school over night,to only find out they don't have my missing order and top of that they didn't even offer to take care of it,I just got phone number to call with my problems!?!?and then I had drive home through the smoke and heavy traffic. If you order items directly home you need pay alot shipping +handling ,it's not even worth it, all the items. Are over prized....

I'm in MN and here's my take on BK: my nephew lives 60+ miles from me - not a huge deal and we see them all the time. However, I procrastinated on the order and needed to place it asap so I went to order online. The plan was to just have it sent to the school along with every other kid's order and I'd get it when I saw him next. I was in no rush. Come to find out that placing an order online FORCES you into home delivery, which for me was 9.00!! More than one of the items on the order! Ridiculous.

We're very happy with Believe. They have literally everything and the prices are great. They do swing to more of the Christian stuff, but most people seem to like that kind of thing, especially around Christmas. We've signed with them for a third year. We've also done their Sweets and Treats frozen foods and they outsold the traditional fundraiser. They have a nice rewards program, and they pack everything and group according to the teacher. You also get a book that tells you all the stats of the fundraiser. Our rep is amazing, and she calls to check up just often enough not to bother you.

Does anyone else find their items to be very Christian? We have a diverse population in our school and I think religious items are inappropriate for public school fundraisers. Anyone else have an opinion on this?

I have used BelieveKids my last two yrs as PTO president.
They have an unmatchable customer service.
They bend over backwards for all their accounts.
Prices are affordable.
Great diversity in products.
Great teacher incentives as well as student incentives.
My rep is fantastic

LOL, I knew you'd ask that! There is actually more than one reason-last year our board decided to try something new and did a green fundraiser; it wasn't a matter of being unhappy with BelieveKids, it was more philosophical. Well, the fundraiser tanked, raising only a fraction of what we normally did, so this year we went back to looking at the usual catalog fundraisers. (Believe it or not, people actually complained because we didn't have a "normal" fundraiser last year. They wanted the catalog!) None of the catalogs stood out so I called Dave and asked him to send us their new catalog, but in the meantime Jaxco sent us theirs and it had photo merchandise and collegiate items available, which we hadn't seen anywhere else, so we're trying them. Our feeling is that these items will encourage some people to buy something when they normally wouldn't. If BelieveKids is raised as a possibility next year I wouldn't argue a bit.
