Im curious what y'all did for the Survivor theme and prizes? We did a super hero theme last year and Kustom Ink came up with a really cool design of Our cougar mascot wearing a cape. We have away super hero cups, masks and the top earner got an electric scooter. All our volunteers dressed up like super heroes and we had a red carpet awards ceremony for all the top earners, most laps ran, etc. It was a lot of fun. Jogging with the Stars and get local celebrities to join the kids or have a contest around which kids could come up with the snazziest jogging routine, extra points for costuming?
We are in need of some fresh jog-a-thon theme ideas. We are an elementary school w/ approximately 550 kids. Our mascot is a shark and our colors are blue and red. This is our one and only fundraiser which makes it so important. Our theme last year was "Survivor" and the kids loved it. We raised over $20k. We are looking to top that this year, but are struggling to come up w/ a theme and new prize ideas.... Please let me know your thoughts!
