Some company's just offer a set incentive dollar amount according to total sales that we can use at our discretion on the types of incentives we want to do. THat seems like it would provide us with total flexibility...

What do you all think?

If it cuts into our % then I would like it less.

If it doesn't how can that be beat? We can do what is right for our kids!
