I researched this online recently. There are a number of companies on the web that specialize in custom calendars. Try a goolge search for "fundraising calendars" or "personalized calendars"

We do a calendar each year that runs from August to August. We have local businesses advertise in it so all of our expenses are paid for. Then you get one when you sign up as a member of the PTO at the begining of the school year.

We do one each year also. I handle it all but you may want to have help. My husband owns an advertising and publishing company (RBI) so his people type it up. Each year it's just a matter of adding or changing things once you've set it up.
~The art teacher chooses the kids art appropriate to the month, takes pictures on a digital camera and I take the disk to RBI.
~I sell ads for $25 each (business card size)and I collect the ads/business cards. If they've run before they may say just repeat the same ad. I also ask if they have a placement preference if we can arrange it.(my husband buys an ad even though he donates all the work free)
~We have a local sub and pizza shop run a coupon each month for $250.(placed on the bottom of page)
~PTO only pays for printing and a local company gives us a 15% discount to print them. I send all to printer by Aug. 1 and we usually have them back in 2 weeks.
~A form is sent home with each student for ads since many parents, relatives, etc. have businesses. Also on the form is a place where a parent might send a happy birthday message to their child(ren)for $10 each birthdate.(we have a lot of twins) It is placed on the page of the birthday month. Payment is expected up front.
~A calendar is given to each family and each staff member (they say they can't live without them !) at the first day of school.
~The principal gives me important dates to print like early dismissals, teacher work days, breaks, PTO meetings and big events dates, basic holiday dates, staff birthdays. I also include a section for homework helper websites and fun kid websites. I include school board names and #'s, board of supervisor names and #'s. Any #'s you think will be helpful to parents. A big thank you for the sponsors.
~We usually make $1,500-$2,000 off of it BUT we have never considered it a "fundraiser". It's just something staff and parents want. (I just really push selling more ads since I took it over)
~I start putting it together mid April to May 1 so I can have family info by June 1.

Hope this helps someone !
