This is the problem I need help with. I used that GREAT list that Dottie gave us weeks ago. Now I have gotten a few things like a Wheel of Fortune gift basket with 4VIP tickets included, Regis and Kelly VIP tickets, Alan Jackson autographed picture, Lady Bird Johnson book with a little card that is suppose to be her signature. I am using these things in a silent auction. We feel we should start these things out at some sort of min. bid. The question is what? I have tried to get airline tickets to either NYC or California for the VIP tickets but no luck. We are in Western NC and don't know if anyone will even bid on these items. The VIP tickets can be used anytime. The Regis show gave two VIP tickets. I have to admit we finally also decided to use a piece of furniture and $ for a raffle that evening. I am afraid that people are going to be upset with VIP tickets etc. so I thought it would be better to do a silent auction. That way people can bid on those items if they want. Any input would greatly be appreciated. I will let you know how things go! Thanks!
