We've done these before. They can be very profitable. Burger King and Chick-fil-a also do these kind of school spirit nights. We usually made about $450 per night at BK and $35O at Chick-fil-a. We had better turn out at Chick, but BK pays more.

You said the school gets 10% of sales...is that of all sales (including customers that aren't there for your school) or just sales from the attendees from your school?

The Burger King in Iowa did it for our former school, have no idea how much $$$ they brought in but was fun!

mykidsmom: just talk to the manager at McD's. that's all we did, they told us all about it. I think we made $900 in 2 hrs. We also had our teachers and principals filling drink orders. It was amazing. We will have to do the next one in two nights. There was standing room only. Literally. I am going to see if Burger King does this too, since there is one very close to the school.
