Would it be possible to gently take these girls aside and express your appreciation for their commitment and enthusiasm, but they really need to express their ideas at meetings and let everyone have input to be fair and also so that they don't burn out from trying to do everything themselves. You might also check your bylaws and see if this area is addressed, don't know if it is, but that would give you some ground to stand on.
