Officer Survival Kit

Has anyone ever put together (or received) an officer survival kit for new officers? I'm looking for a mixture of cute and practical types of things and am running short on ideas. So far I have the following:

One of those crates with wheels to haul stuff in
A good planner
A Stress Ball
A Starbucks gift card for the caffeine they'll need
A coloring book and crayons for when they want to forget all the responsibility and be a kid again.
A "Helping Hand Massager" (from the national PTA website)

I know that I should be able to come up with more, especially cute ones, but I can't seem to remember any of the ones that I knew of years ago. Any ideas?

A copy of the by-laws (a lot of stress seems to come from not knowing or not having the by-laws to refer to).

**Paper clips for when you really need to hold it all together.
**A rubber bouncy ball so you remember to bounce back when difficulty hits (or, a good analogy I heard once would work here, too...in the same bag a glass marble and a rubber bouncy ball to help them remember that there are things that can be dropped and they'll be okay (the bouncy ball) and things that if they're dropped they break (the marble))
**A frame for their kid's picture to remind them why they're doing what they do
