We are trying to do the mother tree at my school in Brazil (sorry about my english) we have a PTA at The British School here. Now our goal is to improve the class representatives because nobody wants to work. Do you have any idea?

Hi!
I have a feeling you are looking for Room Mothers to help in the classrooms....right? Some groups have a volunteer sign up at the beginning of the school year to find Mom's that can help. My school does all this work not the PTO.
Sorry I'm not much help but I hope I can get the discussion going for you and get some ideas!

If there aren't enough mothers who can commit to representing a classroom for a whole year, how about co-reps? Or a small group from each class, where they know they don't have to do everything for that class, but have others they can work with and count on for help.
