I am trying to find a questionare to start a database of talent for our PTO organization. Does anyone have one they could share or done something like this in the past and have any advice?

This is my suggestion...take your list of committees and break each one down for what they need.

"Would you be willing to:"
Make phone calls
Provide refreshments
Collect doorprizes
Make copies or do laminating
Take busy work home, ie; cutwork, stapling, collating, gluing, etc...
Ask for vendor donations
Host a newcomers coffee
Organize fundraiser/social/special events
Assist with class parties
Help in the library/office/classroom
And so on...

I have some more creative ideas under the Time and Talent Survey (started by LoriAnn on 5/6)in this same subgroup!
