I would like the list as well. I can't seem to find the list in the file exchange, is it there and I am not looking at the right place?

Could I also get a list of membership ideas. This year we are having a raffle. Every paid membership is an entry for a gift basket. We have a school t-shirt & hat, school water bottle. I got really cheap post-it notes and note pad & pen with the school logo on it (vistaprint.com). Hopefully it would go over well. I would love to get some more ideas!
