We would like to survey our parents/teachers and see what their expectations are, etc. I have seen a survey on PTO before but I can not locate it. If any one has a survey, could you please let me know. I am trying not to recreate the "wheel". Thanks.

Our PTO is planning to use a survey I found here in an archived "Dear Elly" column. The 3 questions are: (1) How do PTO activities benefit the teachers and classrooms? (2) In what specific ways to teachers currently support PTO activities? (3) What should be different? The idea is to survey both parents and teachers and then see how the results compare. Could that be the one you were thinking of?

i have both surveys, can't remember where I got them. if you'd like i can get you a copy somehow.
