That last will align well with your situation. One of the tips I like (and I think it's one of these is to use the heading "Professional Experience" rather than "Work Experience" so it's a better fit for both paid and unpaid activities.

Maybe you could luck out and maybe just what yor school needs? It's what happened to me! For five years I chaired all the fundraisers and when my youngest started school, the Principal asked what I was going to do now and offered me the part time job I have now!

The best part was, he teased me that I was in an informal job interview for three years! HA!
