Clothing Swap?

Wondering if anyone has done a clothing (uniform) swap, and if anyone has a flyer to advertise this? We'd like to have the event in the next few weeks, before the cold weather really hits. Any help is greatly appreciated!

We had a uniform swap at a Family Fun Night Event last year, but only 1 parent brought in old uniforms. The whole purpose was for parents to bring in uniforms that were too small for their children and swap with another parent for uniforms that do fit. Everything that we try to do at our school fails because parents don't want to help out. It really makes me angry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would also like to know about clothing swap. My baby is 6months going on 12month clothes and it would be nice to find a website or group that swaps baby clothes to save money with those who have older kids and so on.
