Wanted: 501(c)(3) Presentation

Hi! Our board has just discovered that we really are not a non-profit organization. Does anyone have a powerpoint presentation or some type of flyer to convince our members that we really do need to become 501(c)(3)?

Any help would be appreciated. Our next meeting is next Tuesday.
