We are currently in the process of creating our Policy and Procedures manual. In a few months when it is completed I can share it... but it is a work in progress only at this point.

And actually, as Mary asked I would LOVE a copy of "basic account principals" for our manual. If someone could email it to me at tesptoadmin@verizon.net that would be great!
