Hi there! I am in need of a volunteer check-in (or sign-in) sheet for a carnival. We will have a volunteer check-in table set up at our carnival. It would be a form where parent volunteers sign in when they arrive to work their shift/booth. Does anyone have something like this? Something that lists the various booths/games and time slots and a place for them to sign? I would be so grateful! Thanks!

Yes I have this -- it is an excel version and you can go in and change teh games-- it has 2 slots behind each -- we have two shifts for ourfair-- I',m out of town- I will post it on the file exchange after 17th-- hope it helps!
