How about if you take an event flyer from our File Exchange and adapt it to your needs?
For instance, you could use this file:

You could also add some art to jazz it up. I checked our clipart gallery and we don't have a bowling image (but it's worth bookmarking for future newsletters or flyers.) Here's a free image source: dev.freedigitalphotos.net/ you might want to check out... or google free clip art.
